2025 Gorilla Permit Rates
Foreign non-residents: USD 800 for standard trekking (1 hour with gorillas). Gorilla habituation experience: USD 1,500 (4 hours, max 4 visitors). Permits are issued by Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA).
Book Early
Peak season (Jun-Sep, Dec-Feb) sells out 3-6 months ahead. Decade Tours holds allocation relationships with UWA and can secure permits even when publicly sold out.
